Using CubeOneBiz services
These terms apply to use of CubeOneBiz public pages, product discovery, customer workspaces, mobile applications, assistant conversations, payment flows, and covered product workflows.
Covered products
The terms cover OneApp, OneSociety, OneGate, OneGateKeeper, OneFoodDialer, OneResto, OneRetail, OneMoney, OneHRMS, OneCRM, OnePOS, OneWorkspace, OneInventory, OneCommerce, OnePay, OneMeeting, OneFacility, OneSocial, and offered modules.
Admin responsibilities
Account owners and customer workspace administrators are responsible for authorized users, end-user notices, lawful data entry, billing details, taxes, payment follow-up, exports, and deletion requests.
Legal framework
The terms include acceptable use, mobile apps, AI assistant limits, integrations, support, service availability, privacy rights, India governing law, liability limits, indemnity, force majeure, and severability.
Terms and conditions
Acceptance of terms
By accepting the terms or accessing the service or site, users confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms. A person accepting on behalf of a company confirms authority to bind that company and its affiliates. If the user lacks authority or disagrees, they must not use the service.
Legal entity, effective date, and contact
Registered company: Futurescape Technologies Private Limited, operating the CubeOneBiz public portal and covered product workflows. CEO and Managing Director: Rabinder Sharma, with 30 years of experience in IT and technology. If a signed customer order, invoice, or written agreement names a different contracting entity for a specific transaction, that document controls for that transaction. These terms are effective as of June 18, 2026. Legal, privacy, grievance, and data-processing requests can be sent to support@cubeoneapp.com. Changes to terms
CubeOneBiz may update the terms from time to time. Revised terms become effective when posted, and continued service use after that date is treated as acceptance. If a change is unacceptable, the remedy is to stop accessing and using the service.
Description of service
CubeOneBiz provides public product discovery, contact and demo flows, account and workspace tools, mobile applications, assistant experiences, payment or billing flows, APIs where enabled, and covered Home, Commerce, and Work product workflows. Product availability, features, pricing, onboarding, integrations, and support scope may vary by product, plan, region, customer agreement, and implementation status.
Covered products
Covered products include OneApp, OneSociety, OneGate and OneGateKeeper, OneFoodDialer, OneResto, OneRetail, OneMoney, OneHRMS, OneCRM, OnePOS, OneWorkspace, OneInventory, OneCommerce, OnePay, OneMeeting, OneFacility, OneSocial, OneHRMS Tasks, OneHRMS Attendance, OneCRM Leads, OneHelpDesk Issues, and any related CubeOneBiz product or module offered through CubeOneBiz domains or customer workspaces.
Account and customer workspace administrator responsibilities
Account owners and customer workspace administrators are responsible for authority to use the service, user invitations, roles, permissions, account activity, billing information, organization details, product configuration, end-user notices, lawful data entry, user training, support coordination, and requests for data export, correction, deletion, or closure.
Product-specific data and use terms
Each product may process different operating records, such as society dues, visitor logs, employee attendance, leads, orders, catalogs, inventory, payment status, support issues, facility bookings, meeting records, campaign content, and reports. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they enter or invite others to enter is accurate, lawful, authorized, and appropriate for the selected product workflow.
Access and permitted use
Users may access and use the service only for purposes contemplated by the agreement. Users may not resell, lease, transfer, assign, commercially exploit, process third-party data through, unlawfully use, or disrupt the service.
Ownership and unauthorized access
All rights, title, and interest in the service and its components remain with CubeOneBiz. Users must not modify, adapt, hack, falsely imply association, gain unauthorized access, benchmark the service, or use automated access methods without written approval.
Acceptable use
Users must not use CubeOneBiz to break the law, violate rights, send spam, mislead others, distribute malware, interfere with security, scrape or overload systems, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, bypass access controls, process prohibited content, sell regulated goods without required permissions, or use the service in a way that harms CubeOneBiz, customers, end users, or third parties.
User content and credentials
Users are responsible for all materials and data they upload or make available through the service, including accuracy, legality, reliability, and appropriateness. Users are responsible for login confidentiality and all activity under their account.
License to user content
Users warrant that they own or have sufficient legal rights in their content. Users grant CubeOneBiz, its affiliates, service providers, resellers, and partners a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive right to use, reproduce, store, host, transmit, display, process, and format that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and document the service, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Support and technical processing
CubeOneBiz may access accounts for support, maintenance, security, or servicing where needed. Technical processing and transmission may involve protected transfer across networks, format or protocol changes needed for network or device requirements, and transfer to authorized vendors or hosting partners used to operate and maintain the service.
Mobile app and app store terms
Use of CubeOneBiz mobile applications may require device permissions such as notifications, camera, files, contacts, location, or biometric prompts where enabled by the product. Mobile app use may also be subject to Apple App Store, Google Play, device-maker, carrier, and operating-system terms. Users are responsible for keeping devices, app versions, and login credentials secure.
AI assistant terms
CubeOneBiz product assistant responses are for general product discovery, support routing, and workflow guidance. Assistant responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not legal, tax, financial, employment, security, or professional advice. Users must not submit passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, health details, or other sensitive information into assistant prompts.
Intellectual property
Site content such as text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software, and related materials belong to CubeOneBiz or its suppliers and are protected by copyright laws. CubeOneBiz logos and marks may be used only as permitted and may not be claimed as the user's own.
Billing, taxes, and refunds
Pricing, trial periods, payment timing, implementation fees, usage charges, taxes, invoices, plan changes, cancellation, failed-payment handling, suspension, reactivation, and refunds are governed by the product order, invoice, checkout flow, or written agreement shown to the customer. Unless a written order says otherwise, fees are payable in advance, taxes are the customer's responsibility, current billing periods are not refundable, and hardware, setup, migration, integration, customization, and third-party charges are not refundable once supplied or started.
Payment processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, card networks, wallet providers, UPI providers, or settlement partners. CubeOneBiz may receive payment status, receipt, invoice, settlement, refund, chargeback, and failure information, but should not store full payment card numbers or security codes unless a compliant payment flow expressly requires it. Customers remain responsible for payment instructions, chargebacks, disputes, and tax records related to their own end-user transactions.
Customer and end-user relationship
Customers remain responsible for their relationship with residents, visitors, staff, employees, leads, buyers, diners, vendors, guards, guests, members, and other end users. Unless CubeOneBiz expressly acts as the seller or contracting party in a written agreement, CubeOneBiz provides product tools and is not responsible for customer promises, offline services, goods, employment decisions, society decisions, restaurant or retail fulfillment, visitor approval decisions, or disputes between customers and end users.
Integrations and subprocessors
CubeOneBiz products may connect with payment gateways, SMS and email providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, AI providers, app stores, customer support tools, identity systems, and other integrations. Integrations may require separate credentials, third-party terms, fees, availability, support limits, and data processing commitments. CubeOneBiz is not responsible for third-party outages or changes outside its control.
Support, service availability, and maintenance
CubeOneBiz may provide onboarding, documentation, email, chat, phone, or implementation support depending on the product and customer agreement. Unless a written order includes a specific service commitment, services are provided using commercially reasonable efforts and may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, incidents, network failures, third-party outages, or events beyond reasonable control.
Data export and deletion
Customer administrators may request export, correction, deletion, or closure support for workspace data where available. Deletion may be limited by active accounts, invoices, payment records, tax obligations, disputes, security logs, backups, legal holds, and records needed to complete product workflows or comply with law. Deleted data may remain in backups until backup rotation completes.
Data processing addendum
Where a customer uses covered products to process personal information for its own residents, visitors, staff, employees, leads, buyers, diners, vendors, members, or other end users, the customer remains responsible for its processing instructions, notices, permissions, lawful basis, retention choices, exports, and deletion requests. CubeOneBiz processes customer workspace data to provide, secure, support, maintain, improve, and document the selected product workflows, and any written data processing addendum or customer order may add product-specific instructions, safeguards, subprocessors, audit support, return, deletion, and incident notice terms.
Security incidents and breach notices
CubeOneBiz will review confirmed security incidents affecting covered services and provide notices to customers, users, regulators, or other parties where required by applicable law or a written agreement. Customers remain responsible for notices they must provide to their own end users when the customer controls the affected workspace data.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service, site, content, and server or network components are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. CubeOneBiz does not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or virus-free service.
Limitation of liability
CubeOneBiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost business, lost data, or business interruption. Direct damages are limited to the monthly service fee paid or payable for the one month preceding the claim.
Assignment
CubeOneBiz may assign or transfer the terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The terms and transactions through the website are governed by Indian law. Claims, differences, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Third-party sites
The service may link to third-party sites or content as a convenience. Links are not endorsements, and reliance on third-party content is at the user's own risk. Communications, transactions, and interactions with third parties remain between the user and the third party.
Ability to accept terms
Users accepting these terms for themselves or an organization represent that they are over 18 years of age and fully able and competent to accept the terms. Users under 18 should not create accounts or use CubeOneBiz independently; child-related records may be processed only with appropriate customer, parent, guardian, organization, or legal authorization.
Communications
CubeOneBiz may reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute communications made through the site, including feedback, questions, comments, and suggestions. Users have no right of confidentiality in those communications, and CubeOneBiz may use ideas or know-how in them for product and service development, production, or marketing.
Privacy rights and grievance
Personal information is handled under the CubeOneBiz Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Users may request access, correction, updating, deletion where applicable, consent withdrawal where permitted, and grievance review through the listed privacy contact channel. Customers are responsible for forwarding end-user privacy requests that relate to data controlled by the customer.
Children and guardian consent
CubeOneBiz products are not intended for direct use by children without appropriate parent, guardian, organization, or customer authorization. Where a customer uses a product to process information about a child, family member, student, visitor, resident, or staff-family member, the customer is responsible for required notices, permissions, and lawful use of that information.

Home products and workflows can include OneApp, OneSociety, OneGate, OneGateKeeper, OnePay, OneFacility, resident or member records, society dues, collections, notices, complaints, facility bookings, visitor approvals, staff movement, security logs, guard workflows, neighbourhood services, and related reports. Customers using these workflows remain responsible for member, resident, visitor, vendor, staff, and premises-management decisions.
Product schedule: Commerce
Commerce products and workflows can include OneFoodDialer, OneResto, OneRetail, OneMoney, OneCRM, OnePOS, OneInventory, OneCommerce, OneSocial, online orders, POS, menus, catalogs, carts, checkout, delivery, wallets, expenses, collections, settlements, leads, customer follow-up, campaigns, inventory, and reports. Customers remain responsible for goods, services, pricing, taxes, fulfillment, refunds to their own end users, and campaign claims.
Product schedule: Work
Work products and workflows can include OneHRMS, OneWorkspace, OneMeeting, OneHRMS Tasks, OneHRMS Attendance, OneCRM Leads, OneHelpDesk Issues, employee records, attendance, shifts, documents, approvals, tasks, meetings, leads, support issues, and internal reports. Customers remain responsible for employment decisions, workplace notices, user permissions, labor-law compliance, customer communications, and service-desk outcomes.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold CubeOneBiz, its resellers, partners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents harmless from claims arising from service use, user content, or breach of the agreement.
Privacy policy
Information collected by CubeOneBiz is subject to the CubeOneBiz Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Private user information should be used only in connection with providing, securing, supporting, improving, documenting, or complying with obligations related to the services, and reasonable measures should be taken to protect personal information.
Miscellaneous terms
Trademarks, service marks, and logos on the site belong to their respective owners and may not be used without permission. Notices may be effective when posted on the site or delivered by email. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. The agreement supersedes prior agreements, and conflicting purchase-order terms are rejected.
Errors and omissions
The site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, including pricing or availability errors. CubeOneBiz does not assume responsibility for those errors and may make changes, corrections, cancellations, or improvements at any time without notice.
Events beyond control
If CubeOneBiz cannot perform obligations because of natural disaster, terrorism, fire, explosion, power blackout, earthquake, flood, strike, embargo, war, governmental action, communication failure, or other causes beyond reasonable control, obligations may be suspended while reasonable measures are taken to resume performance.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the agreement is construed as if the invalid provision had not been included.
